At WatchHouse, we take pride in the quality of our artisanal food products; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or exchange. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Pack Your Items
Ensure the products are unopened and in their original packaging, then securely place them in a shipping box with your RMA number clearly marked.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
